IN DEFENDING CRIMINAL CASES Michael Natola is a Massachusetts-based lawyer who has a long career defending people who have been accused of committing crimes. He has represented defendants in many state, federal, and appellate courts covering most of the Eastern half of the United States. A member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, he believes that ordinary people are overwhelmed by the government's power and resources in criminal cases. His goal is always to seek fair treatment and the most favorable outcome for his clients. • Graduated from Suffolk Law School in 1978. • Represents defendants charged with many different offenses, including murder, assault, drunk driving, serious drug offenses, theft, robbery, firearms offenses, violent felonies, and license suspensions. • Regularly practices in federal court, representing defendants charged in complex federal criminal prosecutions including major drug trafficking cases and other cases in which the punishment is far greater than in state courts. • Believes in defending the rights of individuals facing the vast power and resources of the government. • Aims for fair and just treatment of his clients and gaining the most favorable outcome in the circumstances of their individual cases. • For over 25 years, approved to represent clients in complex criminal cases in the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. • For over 25 years, approved to represent clients in murder cases in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has appeared in thousands of cases in federal, state, and appellate courts during the many years he has been a lawyer, and there are few lawyers in the area who have the kind of experience he has as a criminal defense lawyer.  With his education, training, and experience he is qualified to represent clients in all types of criminal cases in both state and federal courts.
